How to request deletion
Collectors Ledger offers a self-serve account deletion flow inside account settings on both the web app and mobile app.
If you cannot access your account or need help with a privacy-related deletion request, contact info@collectorsledger.com from the email address associated with the account.
What deletion generally covers
Once a deletion request is verified and processed, we generally delete or de-identify the core personal data tied to the account, subject to limited retention exceptions described below.
- Profile information such as handle-associated account details, profile fields, and avatar references.
- Collection and wishlist data associated with the account.
- Social and community content where removal is technically and operationally appropriate, or we may de-identify authorship when full removal is not feasible.
- Stored uploads that are still linked to the deleted account, subject to backup and security retention cycles.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained for limited periods where necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, dispute resolution, moderation history, or backup recovery.
- Transaction, billing, and tax records where legally required.
- Security logs, abuse-prevention records, and moderation records.
- Backup copies that are overwritten on a rolling basis.
Timing and support
Deletion requests made through account settings are intended to process immediately once the required confirmation step is completed, subject to system availability and limited retention exceptions.
Deleting your Collectors Ledger account does not automatically cancel subscriptions that are managed by Apple, Google, or another billing provider. Manage those subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them.
